Krista Allen is our director. She has worked with kids ever since she was 18 and taught kindergarten for many years as well. She has been with Stepping Stones since 2011. She grew up in California and Nevada, but went to college in Kansas on scholarship. She has been married to her husband since 2007 and has twin daughters.

Hello! My name is Kristin and I am the assistant in the Teddy Bears Class. I retired from the United States Navy in 2024 with 20 years of service. I am a mother of two girls and one boy and have been married for 14 years. I have always loved teaching and working with children, so I'm looking forward to spending time with your children. When not working, my family and I love camping, hiking, and paddleboarding.

Hi, I'm Ms Colleen and I am so excited to be your little one's teacher this year! I'm a mom of three amazing kiddos, Liam, Gigi, and Mikey. I am married to my best friend, Tim, and we love all things adventure. We also have a dog named Kevin who we are all over the moon for. I am honored to be returning to the Kittens class and excited to partner with all these amazing families and be witness to all the fantastic milestones achieved this year by these sweet babies.

I am the lead teacher in the Puppy Class. I am excited the be starting my 6th year at Stepping Stones. I am the mother of two wonderful children and and have been married for seven years. I moved to Edmond eight years ago from my home town of McAlester, OK. I have always loved working with children and enjoy being able to come to a job I love very much! When I'm not working, my family and I love to spend time together outdoors.
